Due to evolving logistical and regulatory challenges, we will be suspending all shipping to addresses within the European Union effective December 7, 2024. Here is what this policy change means for various groups of our valued customers:
EU/EEA Customers with Unfulfilled Orders
If you currently have unfulfilled orders, rest assured that LitJoy will fulfill these orders as promised. Additionally, any orders placed before December 7, 2024, will also be shipped as scheduled.

EU/EEA TBR Subscribers
For our customers subscribed to the To Bee Read (TBR) Book Box, here are the changes you need to know:
November Box: All orders for the November box will be fulfilled as planned.
Future Renewals: All future subscription renewals will be cancelled. You will not be charged for subsequent boxes after November.
Prepaid Subscriptions: If you have prepaid for boxes beyond November, these will be cancelled, and refunds will be issued for any unshipped boxes.

EU/EEA Lunacorns Members
If you are a Lunacorns member, you may continue to enjoy your membership with access to our online community and exclusive content. However, this policy means:
No Shipping for Membership Products: No orders requiring shipping, including the Free Lunacorn Membership enamel pin, will be available to EU/EEA members.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns about your membership.
Customers with Unused Reward Points
If you have unused LitJoy Reward Points, we encourage you to use them before the effective date, December 7, 2024. After this date, any orders requiring shipping to the EU will no longer be accepted.
Reward points can be used to purchase digital products.
Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will shipping to the UK be affected at all? What about Switzerland and any other countries that aren't part of the EU?
Shipping to the UK, Switzerland and ALL non-EU countries will be completely unaffected.
Will preorders be affected by this? Like King of Scars and the Throne of Glass Bookshelf Alley, The Stolen Heir, etc.?
All existing orders that have been placed or are placed before December 7th, 2024 will be honored and will ship when ready.
Can I use a forwarding service for my orders to get around this new policy?
If you choose to use a forwarding service, it is at your own risk. LitJoy does not discourage it, but also does not know how your order will be affected under the new regulations, and so we are not responsible for delivery beyond the address we are given.
Will you update customers if things change?
LitJoy will continually monitor the situation to see if it would ever be possible to reopen shipping.
