LitJoy Crate is a one-stop shop for book lovers that offers beautiful books and clever collections to inspire and connect people with fictional worlds. We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. Your ability to communicate effectively and problem-solve will ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via email and live chat to provide information and assistance
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to ensure a satisfactory resolution
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, policies, and services
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, E-Commerce experience is helpful
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Proficient in using various systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Compensation:
- $17/hour
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday, and some weekends depending on product launches
- This is a part-time position with hours up to 20 hours per week. You will have some flexibility in setting your own scheduled but will need to participate in team meetings and be available to respond to any internal communication between the hours of 9am and 5pm MST, Monday-Friday.
