Refund Policy

We are pleased to offer refunds for orders within 48 hours of placing the order. This time frame allows us to process your request promptly and ensure that you receive your desired item without any delays. Please note that we will not be able to process any refund requests outside of this timeframe. While we will do our very best to accommodate your request during the 48 hour timeframe, cancellations are not guaranteed.



1. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours from the date of purchase.

2. Any order that is refunded, the payment processing fee will not be refunded and any discount code applied is forfeited. 

3. We are unable to offer a refund on any sale or sold out items.

3. A cancellation will not be awarded when the reward points gained from the order have been redeemed.



We cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped/delivered, regardless of whether or not the box has been opened. 



We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Such modifications may include changes to eligibility criteria, refund processing times, or fees. Please review this policy regularly for any changes. Your continued use of our website after any modifications indicates your acceptance of these changes.
