SHIPPING TO U.S. CUSTOMERS:
LitJoy fulfills all United States shop orders twice a week during regular weeks and once a week during U.S. holidays. Subscription products are shipped every month between the 20th - 30th. (These dates are subject to change, however there will always be an email updating customers of any changes)

LitJoy fulfills all International shop orders once a week during regular weeks and every other week during holidays. Subscription products are shipped every month between the 20th - 30th. (These dates are subject to change, however there will always be an email updating customers of any changes)
CUSTOMS AND TAXES:
Please note that orders may be subjected to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. LitJoy has no control over VAT, import duties, and/or taxes and such fees that are initiated by a customer's country. Customers that live in countries in the E.U. (as of July 1st 2021) and the U.K. (as of January 1st 2021) will have a VAT tax applied at checkout.
The amount declared on international packages is based off of the full retail price. Discount codes applied to the order do not apply to the declarations form.
Packages are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means LitJoy does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
COMBINED OR SPLIT ORDERS
Orders will be combined and shipped together when applicable. We do not refund any shipping difference on orders.
LitJoy can not hold orders to be shipped with future (pre-order) items. Depending on size and weight of add-ons they will be shipped separate from order and can not be shipped with other orders.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS:
.LitJoy will not be responsible for any items stolen during transit as we cannot control any tampering or mis-deliveries of items after they leave LitJoy headquarters. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier. LitJoy will replace lost items if tracking no longer updates. The time period for claims is dependent on the time frame set by the shipping provider.

TRACKING NUMBER NOT UPDATING:
Packages where tracking information does not update after 45 days for International customers and 15 days for domestic. Please contact help@litjoycrate.com and we will aid in tracking down your package, filing a claim, and/or re-shipping your package.
FREE ITEMS:
Free items in our shop including, passport booklet, passport stickers, Lunacorn enamel pin, and Unicorn VIP keychain, will be shipped with the next shop order if it is considered damaged or not included in your order.
DAMAGED OR MISSINGITEMS:
If a product arrives damaged and there is no evidence it was damaged by the negligence of the shipping carrier, cCustomers have 14 days after receiving an item to email help@litjoycrate.com to request an item replacement. If the damaged item is no longer available, LitJoy will offer a refund on the individual item customers have 14 days after receiving an item to email help@litjoycrate.com to request an item replacement. If the damaged item is no longer available, LitJoy will offer a refund on the individual item.
UPDATING ADDRESS:
If your order has already been placed, but NOT shipped:
If your order has not shipped and we have not created a label for your order (no tracking email was sent to you yet), we can manually change your shipping address for you. You must email help@litjoycrate.com. LitJoy is not liable and will not reship any packages to a new address if an email has not been sent at least 48 hour prior to shipment to an updated address.
If you have moved to a different country or a different domestic shipping zone there could be an increase in shipping cost that will need to be paid to ship to the new address.
If your order has shipped:
Once your order has left our facility, or you received an email with a tracking number, we cannot change the address of the order.
In the event that your order is returned to us, we can forward it to your new address and a re-shipping fee will be applied.
If you have a subscription, and need to change your address for future orders:
Log in to your account at LitJoyCrate.com and click "Manage Subscriptions and Memberships". Next, click "Subscriptions", then "Edit" where you can then change the address of your subscriptions.
Note: Changing your address in other places on our site is not going to effect your active subscription.
RETURNS AND CANCELATIONS:
Payment processing fees for payments using PayPal are non-refundable.
Refunds can not be issued on shipped items
All sales are final and we do not cancel and offer refunds. In a special circumstance where LitJoy offers a refund the processing fee will not be refunded.
