SHIPPING TO U.S. CUSTOMERS:
LitJoy fulfills all United States shop orders twice a week during regular weeks and once a week during holidays. Subscription products are shipped every month between the 20th - 25th.
SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
LitJoy fulfills all International shop orders once a week during regular weeks and every other week during holidays. Subscription products are shipped every month between the 20th - 25th.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES:
Please note that orders may be subjected to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. LitJoy has no control over VAT, import duties, and/or taxes and such fees that are initiated by a customer's country.
Packages are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means LitJoy does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS:
LitJoy will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit as we cannot control any tampering or misdeliveries of items after they leave LitJoy headquarters. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
This policy also applies to scenarios where:
- Packages are marked as delivered but are not received.
- Undeliverable packages are returned to sender (Note: LitJoy does not receive these packages back and said packages are destroyed after 30 days by the carrier. If inventory allows, LitJoy may be contacted to reship these items and a reshipping fee will be invoiced to the customer.)

TRACKING NUMBER NOT UPDATING:
Packages where tracking information does not update after 45 days. Please contact email@example.com and we will aid in tracking down your package, filing a claim, and/or re-shipping your package.
Customers have 30 days after receiving an item to email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an item replacement. If the damaged item is no longer available, LitJoy will offer a refund on the individual item.
If your order has already been placed, but NOT shipped:
If your order has not shipped and we have not created a label for your order (no tracking email was sent to you yet), we can manually change your shipping address for you. You must email email@example.com. LitJoy is not liable and will not reship any packages to a new address if an email has not been sent at least 48 hour prior to shipment to an updated address.
If you have moved to a different country or a different domestic shipping zone there could be an increase in shipping cost that will need to be paid to ship to the new address.
If your order has shipped:
Once your order has left our facility, or you received an email with a tracking number, we cannot change the address of the order.
In the event that your order is returned to us, we can forward it to your new address and a re-shipping fee will be applied.
If you have a subscription, and need to change your address for future orders:
Log in to your account at LitJoyCrate.com and click "Manage Subscriptions and Memberships". Next, click "Subscriptions", then "Edit" where you can then change the address of your subscriptions.
Note: Changing your address in other places on our site is not going to effect your active subscription.
RETURNS AND CANCELATIONS:
Payment processing fees for payments using PayPal are non-refundable.
Refunds can not be issued on shipped items
All sales are final and we do not cancel and offer refunds. In a special circumstance where LitJoy offers a refund the processing fee will not be refunded.
